Armor location?? - Guild Wars Forums

I have been looking for the good armor (1500g type), and I cant find the town. I know they may have changed it since BWE, but I am lvl 18 and have past the point in the game where I got it in the BWE and have not found it yet. So the question is... what town can this armor be found?
